Note: Ballast compatible LED linears are not warrantied when used with ballasts that are not on the ballast compatibility list. LED linears may work for a short time then fail when used in conjunction with non-tested ballasts. Testing procedure – submit a specification sheet and 2 samples of the ballast for testing. Testing may take up to 2 months to complete. You may also order samples, install them and if they work for longer than 2 weeks, with no apparent flickering or fail off/recover cycles then typically the LED linear is known to be compatible. A field report would be required along with a copy of the ballast specification sheet and warranty certificate. Ecopower reserves the right to refuse to test certain ballasts.
